Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM
• Provide emergency health care services to patients of all ages from minor medical injuries to accidents and trauma
• Assess patients' clinical conditions, recognize and identify serious situations, prioritize care, and take immediate action
• Initiate appropriate emergency measures when physician is not immediately available
• Operate and monitor specialized emergency care equipment including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors
• Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed including medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation
• Document patient observations, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures, and coordinate activities between disciplines
• Plan and develop care delivery implementation and coordinate documentation of care
• Maintain adequate supplies and equipment while preserving safe environment
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
• Oklahoma or Compact RN License required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA approved)
• Must work effectively in fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing clearances including background check and drug screen
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Experience with adult and pediatric patients, ventilator management, CPAP, BIPAP, Vapotherms, critical medication drips, and stroke patient care
