Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work day shift schedule
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
• Must hold Oklahoma or Compact RN License
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Dress code requirement: Navy blue scrubs
• Must be able to work with pediatric patients
• Develop individualized care plans for patients through interviews and health record reviews
• Administer therapeutic measures including medications, IV therapy, and respiratory treatments
• Provide patient and family education on preventative, curative, and rehabilitative measures
• Document nursing interventions, observations, and patient responses
• Evaluate patient progress and update care plans accordingly
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel
• Provide technical guidance and direction to nursing staff
• Initiate emergency measures when physicians are not immediately available
• Maintain unit supplies and equipment while ensuring safe environment
• Physical requirements include ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
