Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36-hour weekly guarantee and no cancellations
• Provide care on 10-bed medical surgical unit with telemetry capability on all beds
• Must have 2 years of experience in medical surgical acute care setting
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• PALS certification preferred
• Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:6 nights, 1:4 pediatrics (based on acuity level)
• Float to all medical surgical units and ICU for medical surgical overflow patients
• Work with support staff including telemetry techs, charge nurse, health unit coordinators, and patient care technicians
• Charting system: Allscripts - Sunrise
• Any color scrubs acceptable (scrubs not provided)
• BSN degree not required
• Cancellation policy: 3 cancellations allowed per 13-week assignment
