Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Call coverage required 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month with rotating holidays
• 30-minute call response time required
• Cover call for all 3 campuses (Mercy Council Bluffs, Lakeside, and Immanuel Omaha)
• Float as needed between all three locations
• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including left heart caths, stent placement, ICD, and pacemaker procedures
• Scrub to assist physician with monitoring and documentation during cases
• Handle 1-3 cases per day on average in 1 suite/lab
• Treat inpatient and outpatient adults with diagnoses including CAD and AMI
• 1 year of catheterization lab experience required
• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Required certifications: ARRT or RCIS registered, BLS
• Must have catheterization lab experience with left heart caths, stent placement, ICD, pacemaker procedures
• Hospital-supplied scrubs required
• Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments
• Orientation provided at all 3 campuses (1-3 days each)
• Work with EPIC charting system and equipment including Siemens cath, Siemens sensis, Apollo, Phillips IVUS
• Must live within 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit affiliated facility
• Driver's license required at submittal for radius verification
