RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date
• Must be flexible to work all nights of the week
• Patient ratio of 6:1 on a 32-bed unit
• No on-call requirements unless choosing to pick up for coverage
• Required to participate in float rotation and may float to PCU/ICU (low acuity)
• Must hold shift accountability for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Arizona license
• No 48-hour guarantee available
• No block scheduling option
• One major holiday RTO required
• No RTO blackout dates
