RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Variable 12-hour shifts with scheduling requirement of three 12-hour shifts per week
• Work in 24-bed acute care unit with patient ratios of 6-7:1
• Rare floating requirements to other units
• Use standard med/surg equipment and Cerner documentation system
• Work independently with no HUC, tech, or extra RN support when no tech is available
• Provide concierge-level service expected by affluent community
• Must have experience caring for geriatric patients or past inpatient rehabilitation experience with swing bed patients
• Advanced wound care skills required
• Perform minor procedures on the unit
• BLS certification required, ACLS and CPI preferred
• Dress code requires navy scrubs or navy top with white bottoms
• Work with experienced staff in excellent culture with strong teamwork
