RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work in an 18-bed ICU unit on the 3rd floor of the main hospital
• Patient ratio of 1:2 providing critical care services
• Work with 35 unit staff members across day and night shifts
• Required to float to Emergency Department and Medical Surgical units
• Weekend coverage required
• Must wear royal blue scrubs
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Work with critical care equipment including ventilators, CRRT, Impella/IABP, and Arctic Sun
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must have experience with medication titration, critical care competencies, restraint management, and ventilator management
• Preferred experience with CRRT and Impella/IABP procedures
• Perform typical critical care procedures including ventilator management, titratable medications, Arctic Sun therapy, and restraint management
• Must align with organizational values and demonstrate appropriate personality fit for critical care environment
