RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 1:5 nursing ratio with 5 patients assigned per nurse
• Seasonal travel assignment
• Must work independently taking 5 patients
• Experience in surgical unit required
• Pain management experience preferred
• Orthopedic experience preferred
• Perform typical procedures including dressing changes and aspiration
• Work with diverse patient population including elective orthopedic and orthopedic trauma patients
• Use Meditech EMR system
• 20-bed unit located on 9 South floor
• Must maintain positive attitude and be a team player
• Night shift staffed with 1 charge nurse and 4 nurses
