Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work AM and PM shifts (specific times not specified)
• On-call requirement of 12-15 days per month
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Must have cardiac catheterization lab experience
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Preferred skills include scrub, monitor, and circulating experience
• Work with GE Innova/MacLab equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform typical procedures including left heart catheterization, PCI, pacemaker procedures, TEE, stress tests, and loop recorder procedures
• Must demonstrate flexibility and teamwork abilities
• Radiology staff required to wear black scrubs
• Parking available at back of building along side road

Facility:

This 138-bed healthcare facility specializes in comprehensive cardiac services with a dedicated cardiac catheterization laboratory. The facility features modern equipment including GE Innova/MacLab technology and utilizes Meditech EMR systems. The cardiac cath lab team consists of experienced staff members who perform a full range of cardiac procedures from diagnostic catheterizations to complex interventional procedures and device implantations.
