RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 33-bed Emergency Department on the 1st floor
• Provide emergency assessment, care, and treatment to patients
• Perform vaginal exams as needed
• Maintain optimal patient ratio of 4:1
• Work with various equipment including 2 tele neuro machines, 3 EKG machines, and rapid infuser
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Preferred certifications: NRP, ENPC
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• May be required to hold patients in emergency department
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
• Must demonstrate positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
• No floating to other areas
