Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PICU
Job Details:
• Work in 14-22 bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit located on 5th floor of West tower
• Medical/surgical patient ratio of 4:1
• Day shift staffing includes charge nurse and 4-6 nurses with unit secretary
• Night shift staffing includes charge nurse and 4-6 nurses
• Required certifications: BLS and PALS
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs required
• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend days every 4 weeks
• No on-call responsibilities
• May float to NICU level 1 or 2 only
• Handle typical procedures including cleft palate repair, appendectomy, chest tube management, lumbar punctures, seizure management
• Work with noninvasive cardiology cases only (no neurosurgery or stroke cases)
• Support neuro, orthopedic, general surgery, and thoracic cases including thoracotomy/thoracoscopy and pectus bar implants
• Must demonstrate supportive and collaborative personality in full team environment

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
