RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department with 18 staff members per 24-hour period
• Maintain 1:4 patient ratio
• Work with GE monitors, Lifepaks, Baxter IV pumps, Ranger rapid infuser, and Ranger blood warmer
• Use Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Support Level 3 Trauma Center operations
• Work in an Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI capabilities
• Support stroke certified facility
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH
• Day shift includes CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, and Greeter
• Mid shift includes 3 RNs and 2 PCTs
• Night shift includes CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, and Greeter
