RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work various day and evening shift options: 7:00 AM-7:30 PM, 8:00 AM-8:30 PM, 9:00 AM-9:30 PM, or 11:00 AM-11:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating weekend requirements
• Call requirements included
• Float requirements to other units as needed
• 5+ years of experience required
• Post anesthesia care experience and Phase 2 experience required
• ICU background required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Level 1 trauma center experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• Patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:3
• Care for post anesthesia and critical care patients
• Work with equipment including Abbot pumps, CAD pumps, Venodynes, and Philips monitors
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code: Green or blue scrubs provided, or personal scrubs acceptable
• Work in 21-bay PACU unit
