Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirement: one weeknight per week and one weekend per month
• Weekend shifts are on call rotation basis
• Cardiovascular operating room experience required
• CVOR CST experience is mandatory - candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Must maintain 1:1 patient ratio
• Work with surgical instruments, bovie cautery, EVH video tower, laparoscopic video tower, surgical tourniquet, IABP console, Impella console, cryo system, and patient warming/cooling systems
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Assist with procedures including CABG, Aortic/Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement, AAA Endovascular & Open, AV Fistula creation/revision/thrombectomy, HDC, CAPD, BBT, TAVR, TMVR, and MitraClip
• Must demonstrate mature, teamwork-oriented personality with flexibility in scheduling
• Expected to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• 13-week contract assignment
