RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Start date: 12/8/2025
• Position level: Clinical Nurse I, II, III, or IV
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age-appropriate patient populations
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner
• Must handle emergency/crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking
• Requires heavy physical effort to position, push, and transfer patients or equipment
• Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching required
• Must demonstrate performance consistent with unit mission, philosophy and goals
• Treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required
• Required certifications: BLS from AHA, ACLS from AHA, PALS from AHA, TNCC or CEN
• CPI or equivalent preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
• Must have current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served
• Communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to developmental age of patients
• Hearing and visual acuity within normal or correctable limits
• Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination required
