RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Located on 4th floor of main building in Medical Unit 610
• Manage patient ratios of 1:6 on night shifts
• Work with approximately 70 total staff members across all shifts
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 9-10 RNs, and 4 CNAs
• Previous medical/surgical nursing experience in acute care setting required
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred
• Must be willing to jump in, be a team player, and ask questions when unsure of processes
• Self-scheduling allowed within reason of balanced schedule
• Rotating weekends required
• May float to surgical unit or ER to provide med/surg hold nurse capabilities
• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
• No specific certifications required
