RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work on D100 Med-Surg/Tele unit with 47 beds
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:5 on nights
• Care for med-surg telemetry patients of moderate acuity including vascular and bariatric patients
• Work every other weekend
• Float to other med-surg telemetry units as needed
• Work with equipment including Alaris Pumps, bladder scanners, Atrium chest tube drainage systems, Dinamaps, and vein finders
• Use Sunrise EMR system
• Required certifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS
• Must have telemetry experience - candidates without this skill will not be considered
• Preferred experience: bariatric and cardiac care
• Dress code: scrubs (no assigned color)
• Must be a hardworker with strong work ethic
• Not a procedural unit
