Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts: Day shift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or Night shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend shifts required per unit need
• No call requirements
• Float per hospital need following unit's float rotation guidelines
• Greater than 1 year of travel experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must complete education modules: Stroke, SI/Restraints, telemetry, blood glucose
• Patient ratios: Day shift goal 1:4 (max 1:5), Night shift goal 1:5 (max 1:6)
• Work with 24-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Equipment used: PLUM, Stryker pumps
• Electronic medical record system: EPIC
• Must have inpatient acute medical surgical and telemetry experience
• Preferred experience with PCA, epidural, wound vac, IV pumps
• Care for medical-surgical including medical telemetry patients
• Positive attitude, teamwork-centered, flexible and adaptable personality required
• All attire must meet hospital appearance policy (no specific scrub color required)

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
