RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work in 5 cardiovascular operating rooms including 1 hybrid room and 1 hybrid room shared with cathlab
• Must have cardiovascular operating room experience in cardiac and vascular surgery
• Minimum 2 years of exclusive CVOR experience required
• Preferred candidates have ability to scrub and circulate with 5+ years of experience
• Assist with complex cardiac procedures including Type A dissections, thoracoabdominal approach cases, sternotomy, CABG/AVR/MVR, VSD repair, Impella/ECMO insertion, ascending/descending aorta repair, thoracic robotic cases, and TAVRs
• Perform vascular procedures including open and endovascular surgeries
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• May float to main OR, cathlab, and interventional radiology
• Black scrubs provided by CVOR
• Call responsibilities required including weekend call
• Must work well under pressure in fast-paced emergency environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills essential
