RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel assignment position
• Patient ratio of 5:1 for RNs
• Work with immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Must have solid Med/Surg experience
• Ortho/Spine experience preferred
• Care for patients undergoing total joints (knee, hip, shoulder) and spine surgery procedures
• Work on 36-bed orthopedic/spine unit
• Night shift includes 1 charge RN, RNs to volume, and 1-2 techs
• Ideal candidate is energetic, has good sense of humor, and is empathetic
• Work alongside 27 staff members in collaborative team environment
