Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele
Job Details:
• Work 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Day and night shifts available
• Weekend hours required (36 hours unless otherwise noted)
• No call requirements
• Patient ratios: Day shift Med/Surg 1:4-5, Night shift Med/Surg 1:5-6, Day and Night IMC 3:1
• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Must complete mandatory onboarding education
• IMC RNs must have ventilator experience
• All RNs must have experience with tracheostomies and reading/interpreting telemetry strips
• Float requirements: IMC RNs may float to another IMC level of care unit or med/surg as needed
• Work with equipment including ventilators, BiPaP, CPAP, epidural pumps, IV pumps, specialty beds, PCA pumps, VAC dressings, and trach care/maintenance
• EMR system: Epic
• Care for patients with respiratory conditions, medical telemetry, some surgical cases, sepsis, DKA, altered mental status, failure to thrive, respiratory failure, and acute on chronic medical conditions
• Professional dress code required - no unprofessional clothing or shirts with non-hospital related logos

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
