RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work varied shifts including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on facility needs
• Primary shift: 10-hour dayshifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• Call requirements: Yes, rotating call and weekend coverage as needed
• Weekend work possible based on facility needs
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio
• Must have minimum 2 years of CVOR experience including all adult open heart cases
• Experience required with open and endovascular procedures including Triple A surgery
• Must be willing to work with Cath lab on TAVR procedures
• Travel experience required
• Work with varied OR equipment including microscopes, Robot DaVinci Xi, Mako Robot, laparoscopic Stryker tower, Stealth, and endovascular hybrid room equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform procedures including CABG, valve surgeries, aortic surgeries, TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular cases
• General OR knowledge of more than one year required
• Must be flexible working in different types of rooms with various cases
• Willing to occasionally assist with precepting new graduate staff
• Dress code: Light blue scrubs provided by facility
