Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Special Procedures Tech - Radiology
Job Details:
• Work four 10-hour shifts per week
• Must have neuro-interventional experience - this is a requirement
• Work in Interventional Radiology Special Procedures unit
• Patient ratios of 1:4 in holding, depending on acuity
• Work with 1-2 RNs and 1-2 Techs per case, depending on complexity
• Monthly call shift burden goal of less than 15 shifts
• Must arrive within 30 minutes when called in
• Float as needed throughout the facility
• Operate GE Imaging equipment
• Use MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
• Perform full scope of interventional radiology procedures including structural procedures (TAVR, Mitra Clip), carotid stenting, peripheral arterial cases, and lumbar punctures
• Required certifications: RN license, ACLS, BLS
• Must have RCIS or procedural/cardiology-centered certification
• Vascular IR procedural experience and knowledge of Cath Lab/IR protocols required
• High-level communication skills essential
• Preferred certifications: CVT, ARRT, RCIS
• Unit provides surgical scrubs

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
