Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4/10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 36-hour weekly guarantee
• 13-week assignment
• On-call requirement of 9-10 days per month with 30-minute response time to hospital for STEMI calls
• Must be a certified Radiology Technologist (ARRT required)
• Must perform scrub procedures
• Required certifications: ARRT, ACLS, BLS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required
• Experience in circulating, monitoring, and familiarity with STEMI procedures required
• Knowledge of high-risk equipment including Impella, IABP, and Anari required
• Patient ratio of 3:1
• Use of EMR systems: Cerner and MAC Lab
• Assist with performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and judgment in performing studies timely
• Work under direction of Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services
