Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Travel assignment serving as backfill coverage
• Work in outpatient radiation oncology clinic setting
• Patient ratio of 1-2 patients per RN
• Current RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Radiation Oncology experience preferred
• Use electronic documentation systems including Meditech and Mosaiq EMR
• Perform patient intake, medication reconciliation, health history documentation, and coordinate care among providers
• Must be compassionate when working with cancer patients
• Must be able to independently assess situations and determine appropriate actions
• Work alongside team of 1-2 RNs, Director (also an RN), 1 Gamma Knife RN, 2 front office staff, 2 physicists, and 3 physicians
