Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Arizona nursing license required
• Must have 3 years of nursing experience
• Level 3 NICU experience required
• NRP certification required
• Infant Driven Feeding Certificate required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 depending on acuity level
• 15-bed NICU unit
• Attend high-risk and newborn deliveries
• Handle NICU admissions and start IVs and draw labs
• Ventilator experience required
• May float to postpartum during low census periods if experienced with newborn assignments or couplets
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Use Cerner EMR system
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
