RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week for 13-week contract assignment
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
• Must float to facility FSEDs (Freestanding Emergency Departments) as needed
• Work in 32-bed emergency department with 4:1 patient ratios
• Required certifications: TNCC (must have by start date), ENPC (must have by start date), ACLS, BLS
• Greater than 2 years of emergency department experience preferred
• Perform typical emergency procedures including LP, intubations, TNK, laceration repair, suture removal, and splinting
• Use Meditech EMR system for documentation
• Work alongside CNCs, RNs, medics, and PCTs in team-based environment
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs and navy blue zip-up sweater (pull-over sweatshirts not acceptable)
• Must be a great team player who anticipates needs for patients and department
• No call requirements
