RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work night shifts with 3x12 schedule providing 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with healthcare team for patients with complex medical conditions requiring telemetry monitoring
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Current Arkansas licensure and BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring required
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care on medical telemetry unit
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform procedures per physician orders
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge instructions
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
• Must demonstrate ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
• Strong patient advocacy and teamwork skills required
• Dress code requires black scrubs with no open-toe shoes
