RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend schedule requirement
• No call requirements
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Current RN licensure in state of Arkansas required
• BLS certification preferred
• Must love to precept students
• Work on Med Tele specialty unit using EPIC EMR system
• No float requirements
• Utilize nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain professional accountability for patient care provision
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards
• Must have upbeat and hard working personality
• Required to wear black scrubs with closed-toe shoes only
