RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends required with no call responsibilities
• Float to other units as needed
• Patient ratio of 1:5 in a 25-bed unit
• 2 years of PCU experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Any solid color scrubs acceptable
• Work with MEDHOST electronic medical record system
• No 48-hour scheduling option available
• No block scheduling available
• Must live greater than 50 miles from the facility
• Start as soon as possible

This healthcare facility operates a 25-bed Progressive Care Unit providing intermediate-level care for patients who require more monitoring and intervention than general medical-surgical patients but do not need intensive care services. The facility utilizes MEDHOST electronic medical record system and maintains a structured nursing approach with defined patient ratios to ensure quality care delivery.
