Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in 4 procedural rooms with 14 recovery bays
• Day shift staffing includes 3-4 staff per procedural room
• Night shift operates on-call with 4-person team
• Call required 2 nights per week and every other weekend
• Patient ratio of 3-4 staff per patient procedure
• Must have current experience with cardiac catheterization lab and peripheral procedures
• EP (electrophysiology) experience is a plus
• Must have MRT license in Texas for working with radiological equipment
• Preferred experience in IR, EP, neuro IR, and cardiac intervention
• Work with cath, EP, and lab equipment using Merge-Hemo EMR system
• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures, IABP, PTC, thrombolytic infusion, pacemaker and stent procedures
• Assist with IVUS, angiojet, arthrectomy, angiography, BiV implants, EP studies
• Support IVC filter placement, coiling procedures, Impella insertions
• Participate in carotid stenting and angiograms, renal angiograms, AICD implants
• Assist with all interventional radiology procedures
• Facility-provided scrubs required (any color)
• Must wear black, white, or gray shoes
