RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts with rotating call schedule
• Recovery RN position focusing on pre/post procedural care
• Patient ratio of 3:1
• Minimum 2 years cardiac catheterization lab experience required
• Required certifications: RCIS and ACLS/BLS
• Advanced EP (Electrophysiology) experience preferred
• Work with specialized equipment including GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS
• Use Merge Hemo documentation system
• Perform right and left heart catheterization procedures (both diagnostic and interventional)
• Handle peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures
• May be required to cover nearby sister hospital West Marion for STEMI calls
• Provided OR scrubs as required uniform
• Work in 3-lab facility

Facility:

This multi-campus healthcare facility encompasses two main hospitals with a total of 585 beds and features five free-standing emergency departments to improve community access to care. The facility recently completed a 40-bed expansion that enhanced the inpatient rehabilitation unit and added additional medical/surgical capacity. The cardiac catheterization lab is equipped with state-of-the-art GE equipment and advanced cardiac intervention technology, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care to the community.
