Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 21-bed ICU unit with 45 total staff members
• Standard 2:1 ICU nurse to patient ratio, 3:1 for step down status patients, or 1:1 for very high acuity patients
• Required to work every 3rd weekend and one major winter holiday
• Self-scheduling available
• Float to Telemetry and other HealthOne hospitals as needed
• Must have experience with vasopressor IV drip titration and ventilator management
• Must have experience caring for sepsis, arrhythmias, and med/surg critical care patients
• Preferred skills include cardiac experience and CRRT
• Work with Hospira IV pumps and Meditech EMR system
• Typical procedures include intubation, central line insertion, bronchoscopy, and endoscopy
• Team-oriented environment with good sense of humor valued
• Intensivist available in ICU 24/7

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
