Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shift with weekday and weekend coverage
• No patients assigned - focus on imaging procedures
• Work independently with ability to take call 1-2 nights per week
• Must be MR Certified and BLS certified
• Must be comfortable working alone
• Evening shift preference is a plus
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred
• Perform typical MRI procedures including brain, abdomen, spine, and extremity imaging
• Work with GE 1.5T MRI equipment
• Must wear black scrubs as required for radiology department
• Park on third and fourth floors of parking garage
• Patient transport available to bring floor patients to department
• Emergency department located approximately 50 feet from MRI
• Must be adaptable, compassionate, caring, and dedicated to team environment
• Be punctual and go the extra mile for patients

This 286-bed healthcare facility is part of a 15-hospital division providing comprehensive medical services to the West Florida region. The facility features modern imaging equipment including GE 1.5T MRI technology and uses Meditech EMR systems. The organization offers a supportive work environment with experienced weekend supervision and management that allows independence while maintaining high standards of patient care. The facility provides patient transport services and maintains close proximity between departments for efficient workflow.
