Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience required
• Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred
• Must have experience with vasopressors, titratable drips, art lines, neuro-stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management
• Must pass ECG/Telemetry exam including reading/interpreting rhythm strips - failure results in contract termination
• May float to other units based on competency level and organizational needs
• Required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift per 4-week schedule period
• Must be available to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve + Day = 1 Holiday)
• Provide care for 18-bed intermediate care unit focusing on patients with severe but non-life threatening conditions
• Care for patients with post ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, sepsis, cardiac, and respiratory conditions
• Work in extremely busy and fast-paced environment serving a 500-mile radius

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
