Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Scheduled call at night and on weekends
• Facility operates 7 days per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Must have 2 years experience or accredited course in Echo-cardiology
• Must maintain current registry or certification in Adult Echo
• Must maintain current registry or certification in vascular ultrasound
• Must be working toward attaining registries in all areas that are accredited
• Required certifications: ARDMS or ARRT, BLS
• Perform cardiac testing using ultrasound on patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric
• Work with high acuity patients in potentially stressful stat situations
• Exposure to body fluids and blood is always present
• Must be a team player and flexible
• Must follow assigned unit dress code and present professional image

Facility:

This is the largest medical facility in the region, serving as a full-service hospital with 318 patient beds. The facility operates as the regional healthcare hub serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. It features a Level II Trauma Center, one of only two Level 1 ICUs in Idaho, and the only emergency room in Idaho Falls. The facility also houses the region's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children and offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient mental health care through its 74-bed Behavioral Health Center.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
