Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 5-suite cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Day shift operations with night shift on-call crew for emergent cases only
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Patient ratio of 1 patient to 3-4 staff members
• Must have cardiac catheterization, CRM, and peripheral vascular experience
• Specific procedure experience required including TAVRs, Mitral/Tri Clips, Carotid stenting, TMVR, PFOs, and Watchman procedures
• EP/ABL experience preferred
• Must be able to scrub for procedures
• Work with advanced equipment including Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator
• EMR systems: MacLab and Meditech
• Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterization, peripheral vascular procedures, pacers, ICDs, Watchman, TAVR, and EP/ABL procedures
• Required scrub colors: RN - Navy Blue

This 309-bed Level II Trauma Center operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory with 5 procedure suites. The facility features state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and technology, supporting a full range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The cardiac catheterization department is staffed with experienced professionals including directors, clinical nurse coordinators, staff RNs, and technologists, providing high-quality cardiovascular care to the community.
