Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Start date: ASAP
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards
• Floating requirement applies to various locations within the facility
• Handle emergency/crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking required
• Perform heavy physical effort to position, push, and transfer patients or equipment
• Required certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license, BLS Certification from AHA, ACLS Certification from AHA, TNCC
• Must demonstrate current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
• Communicate clearly and concisely appropriate to developmental age of patients
• Treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect
• Work in bloodborne pathogen environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays
• Flexible schedule due to unexpected changes and emergencies
• Requires considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching
• Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
