Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele
Job Details:
• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week with 12-hour shift schedules
• Weekend shifts required per unit need
• Patient ratios: Day shift goal 1:4 (max 1:5), Night shift goal 1:5 (max 1:6)
• 18-bed medical telemetry unit specializing in stroke certified care
• Float per hospital need following unit's float rotation guidelines
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience required
• Must have inpatient acute medical surgical experience and telemetry experience
• Preferred experience with PCA, epidural, wound vac, and IV pumps
• BLS certification required
• Required education modules: Stroke, SI/Restraints, telemetry, blood glucose
• Work with PLUM and Stryker equipment using EPIC EMR system
• Care for medical-surgical patients, primarily medical telemetry patients
• Must maintain positive attitude, demonstrate teamwork, and be flexible and adaptable
• Professional appearance required following hospital appearance policy
• No call requirements

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
