Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:
RN - ICU Adult
Job Details:
• Provide critical care nursing in adult ICU setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
• Treat wounds and provide advanced life support
• Assist physicians with medical procedures
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Operate and adjust ventilators, monitors, and other critical care equipment including IABP
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications
• Perform suctioning procedures
• Collaborate with critical care team members
• Respond to life-threatening emergencies using established protocols
• Serve as patient advocate
• Provide education and support to patient families
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (must be American Heart Association certified)
• Alabama RN license or multi-state RN license required
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU nursing experience required
• 2 positions available for vacant positions

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
