Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work day shift, 5x8 schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float requirements as needed by facility
• Must wear black scrubs and comply with facility's M Wear policy
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred, specifically with Elekta or accuracy equipment
• Required certifications: ARRT and BLS (from AHA only)
• Flu vaccination or approved exemptions required from November 1-April 1
• Work with advanced equipment including Versa HD, Accuray Radixact, Cyberknife, Flexitron HDR, and Siemens CT
• Use Mosaiq and Epic EMR systems
• Administer planned radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologist
• Perform simulations, brachytherapy procedures, and maintain accurate treatment records
• Verify patient identification and treatment parameters with 100% accuracy
• Perform daily imaging procedures and quality assurance checks
• Monitor patients for radiation-related side effects and communicate with medical team
• Must be able to adapt, work well with multiple people, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain team and patient-oriented approach

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
