Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly (96 bi-weekly not available)
• On-call responsibilities as needed
• May float to main OR if required
• Block scheduling accommodation will be attempted
• 13-week assignment duration
• Maximum of 1 week RTO allowed
• CST certification from NBSTA (National Board of Surgical Technology) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with strong cardiac surgery skills
• Thoracic da Vinci experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Work in cardiovascular OR assisting surgeons by preparing surgical field
• Pass instruments and supplies during surgery
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure smooth procedure flow
• Assist in turning over OR rooms to keep surgical cases flowing
• Must be greater than 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Driver's license and permanent home address required on submission
