Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend requirement - up to 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
• No scheduled on-call requirement, but may be placed on call if unit or hospital has low census
• Float to other units when census or acuity is low as helping hands
• Required certifications: Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license, BLS Certification from AHA, ACLS Certification from AHA, PALS Certification from AHA (or ENPC), TNCC or ATCN
• CPI or equivalent preferred
• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner
• Must demonstrate current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
• Communicate in clear, concise manner appropriate to developmental age of patient
• Must be able to handle emergency/crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking
• Requires heavy physical effort to position, push and transfer patients or equipment
• Work environment includes exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays
• Must maintain manual dexterity and fine motor coordination

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
