Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4-10 hour shifts per week
• Scheduled every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• On-call schedule with 2 call teams approximately 15-18 days per month
• Minimum 1+ year of experience acceptable
• Float to prep/recovery areas as needed
• Required certifications: RCIS or RCES or RT(R), ACLS, BLS
• Must be able to scrub for LHC/RHC/PCI/STEMI/Peripherals and monitor patients
• Perform diagnostic left heart cath, PCI, STEMI, stroke, carotid stenting, peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures
• Work with GE Innova equipment, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra
• Use MacLab/Meditech documentation system and Meditech EMR
• Ceil blue scrubs supplied
• Work with 5-10 physicians and dedicated charge nurse for daily flow coordination
• Utilize newer procedure rooms and modern equipment
