RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 28-bed Emergency Department on the 1st floor of the North Tower
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Work with a team including charge nurse, 10 RNs, 2-3 techs, and 1 unit secretary per shift
• Perform typical emergency procedures including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKGs
• Use EMR system Meditech for documentation
• Must work 4 weekend shifts per month with no on-call requirements
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Required certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS
• Must have acute emergency department experience
• Trauma experience preferred
• Active and personable personality ideal for the role
• No floating to other units required
• 2 positions available
