RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in 28-bed Emergency Department located on 1st floor of North Tower
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Work with 15 total staff including charge nurse, 10 RNs, 2-3 techs, and 1 unit secretary per shift
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per month with no on-call responsibilities
• Perform typical emergency procedures including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKGs, and other emergency interventions
• Must have acute ER experience - candidates without this will not be considered
• Trauma experience preferred
• Required certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS
• Use EMR system Meditech
• Dress code requires royal blue scrubs
• Best personality fit: Active and personable
• No floating required
