Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 36 hours per week on rotating day/night shifts
• Schedule includes every other weekend
• Work in a 31 bed level III/IV NICU with a 20 bed Level II NICU and a 10 bed Level II NICU Satellite
• Provide coverage across three separate physical locations: NICU1&2, SCU1, and Prenatal Center
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios for high census and acuity patients
• Support operations for 61+ patients requiring specialized neonatal care
• Assist with caring for twins bunked in single patient rooms when needed
• Work with patients relocated to various units based on capacity needs
• Complete 2-3 days of orientation before assuming independent patient assignments
• Support sustained census surge and construction period operations
• Provide immediate coverage to maintain safe, consistent, high-quality neonatal care

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive neonatal intensive care unit with 51 total beds across multiple levels of care. The facility operates a 31 bed level III/IV NICU along with a 20 bed Level II NICU and a 10 bed Level II NICU Satellite. The organization is currently expanding operations across three separate physical spaces to accommodate increased patient volume and construction needs. The facility maintains high standards for neonatal care and is well-equipped to handle high acuity cases while supporting families during critical times.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
