Opportunity:

IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Minimum 10 shifts per assignment with minimum 2 weekends required (1 IR and 1 Cardiac)
• Float between three campuses (Immanuel, Lakeside, and Mercy CB) daily and on-call as needed
• On-call coverage required for weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• 30-minute response time required from home campus, ASAP response to other locations
• Must live within 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit facilities
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• Driver's license required at submittal
• Hospital setting with minimum 3 years Cardiac Cath/IR experience required
• Work in 3 suites/labs handling 4-5 cases per day on average
• Perform intra-procedural circulating, supplies management, medication administration, and sedation
• Handle common diagnoses including compression fractures, venous access, chest pain, PE, DVT
• Work with Siemens equipment and EPIC/Apollo cardiac charting systems
• Dress code requires surgical greens
• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove leads to contract termination
• One week orientation including on-call buddy system
• RTO needed upfront (7 or fewer days per 13-week contract)
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
