RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - ICU/CCU

Job Details:

• Work 36 hours weekly in 16-bed ICU/CCU unit
• Maintain patient ratios of 2:1, at times 3:1
• Float in rotation with core staffing as needed
• Work with advanced equipment including Impella, GE monitors, temporary pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Arctic Sun, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Use Meditech documentation system
• Perform central line insertions and dialysis catheter insertions
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS
• Must demonstrate critical thinking skills and be self-motivated
• Dress code: scrubs any color, no denim, capris, or camo
• Unit staffed with MT, with additional tech based on census
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Work in teamwork environment with mix of experience on day and night shifts
