Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech
Job Details:
• Work day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms on adult and pediatric patients
• Work in Echo Lab (Echocardiography) department
• Required certifications: A.R.D.M.S./CCI registered or registry eligible or comparable national accreditation
• State of New Mexico Echo Sonographer License required
• BLS certification issued through American Heart Association required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two year allied health education program preferred
• Two years of actively performing echocardiograms preferred
• Must demonstrate effective communication and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work at rapid pace under stressful conditions
• Manual dexterity required to perform echocardiograms
• Physical requirements include lifting patients and pushing heavy equipment
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
